I have an hp pavilion x 2 10 n102na detachable laptop. Windows 10 came with it i was working on an excel document (excel mobile) the software was pre installed on the laptop when it came to me. It started to save then crashed, computer eventually turned off and rebooted, then went into a black screen (bios i think) and the only thing one could do was press enter it then came back to life, however it uninstalled the free mobile versions, all it is allowing me to do is view documents i can't edit or save (all was ok prior to the crash). Any suggestions help appreciated, as i can't speak to someone in tech until monday. Has this happened to anyone else thanks. I have an hp pavilion x 2 10 n102na detachable laptop.

Hello, I purchased this HP Envy 17 3D notebook for my family to use when I was overseas some time ago. The notebook turned out to have been misconfigured so that all new data, music, videos, pictures, downloads were stored on the C: solid state drive which was supposed to be reserved for the operating system. My wife took the notebook to the 'Geek Squad' to be fixed, but upon my return I found the C: solid state drive to be almost full, with less than 2 GB of unused space remaining, so that Windows 10 updates are failing.
How can I migrate all the extraneous downloaded files and programs from the C: solid state drive to the D: (data) drive without impairing the operation of the notebook? Hello, I installed windows 8.1 64bit at my new notebook, had originally installed windows 10. Although I found drivers for almost anything, I am missing drivers for two devices.
Would be anyone kinfd enough to help me find them?
